Kīrtan Practice
Tuesdays • 6:30 pm MT • with Puja Singh

Rāga Practice
Wednesdays • 12 pm MT • with Brent Kuecker

Mantra Practice
Most Thursdays • 10 am MT • with Sheela Bringi

Awaken your voice, open the heart, and deepen your experience of sound as medicine through these joyful sound-yoga style sessions.

Each practice includes gentle vocal warm-ups, sargam (Indian solfège) to attune the ear, and call-and-response rāga singing, kīrtan, or mantra chanting.

These sessions help you relax into your voice and experience the energizing, blissful, heart-opening qualities of devotional singing.

New members are welcome to schedule a complimentary 15-minute orientation call to help you get started and find the best pathway through the Sacred Sound Lab.

Annual members may book a complimentary 45-minute session for deeper guidance and support.

You may also book a private lesson with Brent, Sheela, or Puja for personalized support with voice, harmonium, chant, and practice.
