Frequently Asked Questions

If you are in the membership to primarily work with your voice, start with The Path of the Luminous Voice Track. If you primarily want to work on harmonium, start with Harmonium Magic, and as you have both time and interest in working more deeply with your voice, go through lessons from the Luminous Voice track as well. Both tracks include singing.

How to Post a Video to the Community Forum

Yes we do! The online platform that we use to deliver our Membership Content, called Kajabi, has a great app.

Download the Kajabi mobile app for free and view Sacred Sound Lab courses, save your progress, and connect with fellow members in the community no matter where you are. You can also project the app to your TV to view our lessons on a bigger screen! 

After you download the app, you will be asked to enter your email address (use the same one that you use for this Membership) and confirm it.

Go to: https://www.sacredsoundlab.com/login and click on the “forgot password” link.

To update your card on file:

After logging in, click into the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page.

Then, select Settings from the dropdown.

Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.

Click … next to your card information.

Select Replace.

Complete the replace card prompt.

Then, click Update to apply and keep your changes.

We hate seeing you go, but we understand that it happens. To cancel your subscription to the Membership, either email us at support@sacredsoundlab.com, or, follow the instructions below. 

To Cancel your Subscription:

• log into Your Account
• Click on Your Member Avatar on the top-right corner of the page
• Select Settings from the dropdown
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
• Locate the Membership and select the Cancel button, and follow the cancellation procedures described there
• Once confirmed, You will lose access to the Digital Products & Services offered in the Membership at the end of the billing cycle You canceled within

Zoom links are emailed to you before every Live Call. Check your spam/promotions folder if you are missing emails.

First off, if you haven’t connected an external speaker to your computer or device, do that. Then, turn up the volume. 

Second, watch this video to learn how to go into your Zoom audio settings and turn up the output level/speaker volume.
