Your $500 deposit reserves your spot in the retreat, but NOT your choice of lodging. On this form, indicate your top 2 preferences for lodging, in order.

While we will do our best to give you your top choice of lodging, your lodging preference is only guaranteed when you have paid the remaining balance in full, or initiated a payment plan for the remaining balance. Payment plans are available by request, and have their own terms & conditions. 

We request that you pay your balance due by Feb 15, 2024, and no later than May 15, 2024. The earlier you pay the balance due, the earlier your choice of lodging is reserved for you.

Conditions of Sale

Through my purchase I agree to the following conditions:

PAYMENT TERMS

$300 of the initial payment is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is refundable until 90 days before the event. If canceling under 90 days before the event begins, 50% is non-refundable and the remaining 50% is transferable to a Sacred Sound Lab offering, online or in-person. If canceling within 30 days of the retreat, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.
