In this class you will get introduced to three streams of sonic practices from India (mantra, rāga and kīrtan), and experience how they alchemize to create a sublime aesthetic tapestry. Working with forms of śakti and śiva, you will meditate, chant, and sing your way into ecstatic states of being and a repose in the Heart. Through storytelling, dialogue, and Q and A, Sheela and Brent share their personal experiences with these Indian Devotional practices.
